ULI Memphis is a District Council serving the Mid-South. District Councils are ULI at the local level, facilitating the exchange of ideas and the transmission of best practices. ULI Memphis’ supports education and research at the local level through our programs and initiatives. ULI Memphis was founded in 2007 by a cohort of the city's most experienced and successful developers, architects, and land use visionaries. In its short history, the chapter has made a profound impact within the Memphis community, driving forward initiatives including the city's 2014 Complete Streets Policy and the Mid-South Regional Greenprint. It's vibrant Young Leaders Group is helping to develop the next generation of community builders.
Key Public Strategies works with members of the press, elected officials, and the industry leaders that comprise ULI's membership to consistently generate awareness of critical livability, sustainability, and responsible land use issues, and how they impact our region's economic trajectory.
